Breath Discovery Session – 1 hour (in person or online)

There is a breathing technique for everyone and a way of breathing for every situation, however, there is no ‘one size fits all’ breath practice. There is also a confusing array of practices out there and it can be overwhelming to know where to start.

We all benefit most from developing an evolving and personalised set of breath practices overtime (no cookie cutter approaches). To support you to unpack and explore YOUR particular needs, and how simple breath practices might be best employed to support them, we offer personalised Breath Discovery sessions.

During these sessions we will discuss your needs/goals/interests, explore the the diverse landscape of breath related practices that might best suit your life. From here we can workshop options and experience potential breath practices and how they might be employed to support your priorities. You will leave this session with both a solid theoretical grounding in breath based practices, some breath experiences, as well as a simple practical toolkit to take with you.

This session can be used as a one off experience or as ongoing mentoring.
