Our approach

We believe that a deep sense of health requires attention to balancing all aspects of life: your body (and your relationship to it), how you fuel yourself, how you move, how you breathe, your lifestyle, your environment, your perspective and emotional wellbeing. We also know that sometimes we need to just start with the simple things.

Our integrative approach respects the complexity and dynamic nature of life and provides targeted measures and a clear way forward. We work closely with you to create a unique way forward that is individualised to your health needs.

We love to work one on one with clients through regular movement based sessions, or health coaching sessions (nutrition, lifestyle, natural healing, embodied experience coaching). We also offer Breathwork Therapy sessions, supported meditation and nature immersion sessions, a regular group class and workshops on different aspects of wellness throughout the year.

Our focus is on empowering you to expand your health and happiness through practices that re-vitalise the body and bring about whole person wellness.
