A WOMEN’s Transformational Breathwork Ceremony
Our breath is the cornerstone of our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing. It is a key to unlocking our potential and discovering our deepest fullest selves. It can be used to restore our vitality, release stuck feelings and beliefs, nourish our nervous systems and come home to our selves (body, heart and soul).
Consciously using the breath to connect to the deeper aspects of ourselves is one of the most effective ways of unlocking our psyche of unhelpful patterns or beliefs, releasing tension, trauma or stress, feeling what needs to be felt and working towards an embodied sense of wholeness, love, acceptance, self understanding and vitality.
This is a special women only group Breathwork ceremony. It is an opportunity to sit in ceremony with other like-hearted women and use the power of our breath and presence to journey deeply within, explore your inner world and unlock aspects of our potential and knowing within a safe container of support and guidance.
When women journey deeply together in an agreed and clear container there is often a profoundly sacred and healing process that unfolds.
All those who identify as women are welcome. All bodies, all sexualities and all forms of femininity (18+).

What is Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is not just a technique. It is a doorway.
A doorway you open with your own breath.
When we breathe in a conscious, connected rhythm, something begins to shift. The busy narrator in the mind softens its grip. The body steps forward. The deeper layers of you, the ones that rarely get a microphone in daily life, start to speak.
This style of Breathwork, sometimes called Transpersonal Breathwork, gently invites an altered state of awareness. Like slipping beneath the surface of a lake and discovering a whole ecosystem below the ripples.
In that expanded state, you may encounter images, memories, sensations, emotions, old stories, forgotten strengths. Some rise like mist. Some move like weather. Some feel ancient and wise. This is your subconscious world revealing itself in a language older than words.
With breath as your guide, you can begin to release what has been held too tightly. You can repair what was fractured. You can reframe what once felt fixed. You can return pieces of yourself that were exiled long ago.

The exchange is $150.00 (plus Humanitix booking fee).
***It is recommended you book your place early to avoid missing out. This event often sells out. Participant numbers are strictly limited to ensure adequate support is provided to all participants***
Accessibility:
- Breathwork contraindicators: Breathwork is NOT suitable for:- people with cardiovascular problems, pregnancy, some psychiatric conditions, psychosis, recent surgery or fractures, acute infectious illness or epilepsy, severe hypertension, glaucoma, or active spiritual emergency.
- Loud sound: Please note that loud and dynamic music will be played during the ceremony at times. If you are not comfortable with loud noise it may be beneficial to try a one on one Breathwork session (email Amber to discuss).
- Mobility: The venue is wheelchair accessible with advice and the practice can be modified for those with accessibility restrictions. Please let us know your needs BEFORE the event so we can make suitable arrangements.
- Sponsored ticket: Each event has an Equity and Diversity ticket held for those experiencing current financial difficulty. This ticket is reduced to $40 to cover basic costs (select sponsored ticket option at ticket booking).
