Nature Connection Mentoring
At BODY BEING we offer Nature Immersion Sessions for those people looking to ‘rewild’ their bodies, minds and hearts and connect with nature and themselves.
Sessions usually involve mindful movement, meditation, nature connections practices, reflection, connection, somatic mind-body practices, grounded discussion and cold immersion for those daring enough!
All sessions are tailored to suit each individual and no movement prerequisites are needed. Sessions are usually between 1.5 to 3hrs.
