A Women’s Inner-Rewilding Breathwork Retreat
How would it be to reclaim your connection to that deep knowing wild which dwells below the surface?
To move below the chatter of the modern world and remember the instinctual, trusting, raw, growling, purring, power of being connected deeply to yourself, other women, nature and the essence of life itself?
“Amber’s women’s nature retreats are nothing short of life-changing. She is an extraordinarily in-tune facilitator and a beautiful authentic person. Over four days, Amber guides you through a personal transformation journey, and you leave not only connected to yourself, but to all the awesome women who joined you at the retreat. Her retreats are sacred in my calendar – I simply won’t miss them.”
Inner-Rewilding Retreat:
This is a women’s inner-rewilding retreat. The retreat focuses on creating a safe and nurturing container for women folk to reclaim, reconnect, rewild, repair and remember the deep internal wilderness that resides within us all.
Fostering connection with this internal wilderness is a well spring for a life that works. A rich source of finding purpose, meaning, joy and vitality in our relationship to these precious fleeting lives of ours.
We will use the transformational modality of ‘Conscious Connected Breathwork’ as well as various embodiment and empowerment practices and ceremonies to deepen our relationship with our wild instincts and wisdom. All whilst being supported and held by the elements of nature and each other.
This retreat draws on the relational qualities of our existence to repair the places we feel the pain of disconnection, whether that be within ourselves, with others, with the natural world or with that which is greater than us.
How would it be to explore:
– Reinvigorating our deep internal awareness that takes us beyond the chatter of the mind and the limitations of the modern world.
– Repairing a connection with our precious bodies that is not only loving and respectful but rooted in the safety of firm physical, emotional and energetic boundaries.
– Reconnecting with those deep, primal, instinctual, wild, raw and powerful parts of ourselves.
– Stalking our truest natures, that growl below the surface, beyond the cultural expectations and familial patterns that keep us small, scared, confused, domesticated and disconnected.
– Reclaiming the breath of life, the breath that is beyond survival breathing, and is a conduit not only for our internal compass and self healing but which is also our portal to connection with the mystery of life and that which is greater than us.
– Remembering the freedom of a wild heart, a heart that feels safe to feel FULLY, that breaks open into full receptivity of love for life itself and ALL that comes with that. A heart that knows to feel is to live.
– Modalities that effectively drop us right back into our embodied and collective power. Helping us to learn to shed the skins that are between us and reclaiming our deep wild woman.
Does a bell in your body ring at those words?
Maybe this retreat is for you.

What is “inner-rewilding”?
This retreat is focused on connecting deeply within and reanimating our deepest inner knowing. Starting or continuing to explore getting really comfortable with the fullest versions of ourselves. Some might call this our subconscious world, our intuition, our inner guidance system, others might say its our spirit or soul consciousness, or maybe just our deep psyche. What ever term we chose to wrap around it, we are talking about something deep, wise, grounded and honestly bloody magical.
To connect with this aspect of ourselves we often must meet and transform the parts of us that are in the road of that connection to our truest untamed natures. We must explore the boarded up aspects of our hearts, the caged animals of our primal nature, the cleverly denied pulse of our instinctual knowing. Often we need support and permission to repair and caretake the tender parts of our inner nature.
We will all be at different places on this path and this retreat is about supporting participants to take the next step for their personal journey. We will focus on consent, relational repair, self governance and agency. You will be empowered to go at the pace that is right for you, to seek support when needed and opt out when it is not in your rightness. This is YOUR experience and we are here to support you to practice navigating the tricky world of choice and self knowing.
Reclaiming and igniting our untamed selves is a way to break off the shackles of our ancestral wounds, break down the walls of our cultural cages, feel the unfelt emotions that keep as stuck in unhelpful patterns, decolonise our bodies, unhook the internalised misogyny that infuses our everyday lives and ignite our sovereignty. Reclaiming our inner wilderness is about remembering our innate belonging, coming home to ourselves and releasing the material that limits us fully inhabiting ourselves and the world authentically.

ACCESSABILITY
All those who identify as women are welcome, all bodies, all sexualities, all forms of femininity (18 +).
Please note a certain level of mobility is required to navigate mixed terrain, camp and lie on the ground for Breathwork journeys.
This retreat is beginner friendly, however, trying a Breathwork session prior to retreat is recommended.
The only criteria are that you are comfortable with the rawness of the natural environment (uncomfortable weather, insects, dirt, no hot water, drop loos, no showers etc) and that you are committed to empowering, healing and inspiring your own inner wildness.
This experience is 100% drug and alcohol free.

Retreat Flow
Each day will start with a gentle and inclusive movement meditation practice to support us to land in our ‘bodyverse’ and on the earth. We will then roll into a mix of transpersonal breathwork journeys, embodiment practices, guided meditations, deep listening circles, empowerment practices, nature connection, slowness, play, connected conversations, belly laughs and time to just be.
Each day will finish with a shared nutritious meal, heart warming conversations, endless cups of tea and soul nourishing songs round the campfire.

Meet your facilitators

Amber Nomchong
Amber (affectionately referred to as Bam), is a transformational facilitator with a deep interest in the therapeutic and psycho-spiritual capacity of Breathwork, nature immersion, intentional healing gatherings, deep women’s work, holistic psychotherapy and various embodiment practices.
Amber’s interest in transformational work is a no BS approach. She is powerfully gentle, playful and firmly grounded. She is not interested in approaches that look good on paper but ultimately lack integrity, heart and impact.
Amber has been practicing therapeutic and transpersonal Breathwork for over a decade in addition to teaching and facilitating various embodied and somatic movement practices for over 20 more. More recently she has become fascinated by using the deep body-verse and breath as a portal to personal and community healing, growth, transformation and remembering the deepest essences of this whole human experience.
Her influences are transpersonal Breathwork, process oriented psychology, shamanic and Holotrophic Breathwork, 5rhythms conscious dance, deep nature connection processes, somatic psychotherapy, community rewilding and cultural repair, martial arts and intuitive bodywork. She offers individual and group Breathwork journeys, Holistic Psychotherapy and Counselling, various women and teen embodiment and empowerment retreats and workshops, holistic wellness coaching as well as family based rewilding immersions and practices.
Amber is passionate about using deep body based and altered state modalities to safely support people to connect with their inner nature, to come home to themselves, reclaim their sense of belonging and find space to live a vital, conscious and wholehearted life.

Dannielle Kurr – Support facilitator
Dannielle is a Breathwork practitioner and Clinical Psychologist (Affective Psychology). After completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology, she was curious to explore and get to know her own inner landscape, which led her to the transformative practice of Breathwork.
With a deep desire to understand and heal the human mind and spirit, Dannielle was drawn to this modality because of its ability to unlock emotional, mental, and spiritual blockages, allowing individuals to access their true essence and achieve profound healing
Dannielle’s approach is infused with a sense of playfulness and adventure. She understands the importance of fostering a safe and nurturing space where her clients can fully embrace their authentic selves. By creating an atmosphere of trust and compassion, Dannielle encourages her clients to explore their inner landscapes, confront their fears, and reclaim their joy.
