
Fresh garden greens = eating life!
The simplicity and grace of eating straight from the dirt of my home is one of my greatest joys.
Eating greens like those that are called ‘weeds’ (such as dandelions or stinging nettles) or ‘pick again’ veggies (like spinach or sorrel) is one of the easiest ways to increase the nutrient spectrum and fibre content of your grub.
These foods are also more alive supporting our body to feel more alive.
How fucking rad!
Foods that were never alive or alive long ago in a distant version of themselves help us to also feel more dead and disconnected from our life force.
